You can make your report directly with your insurance company.
If you need to make the report using CONSUR's services, you must do this Monday through Friday (from 10 AM – 4 PM)

You must bring:

• The Police Report.
• Damage estimates.
• Photographs your vehicle.
• Photographs of the other vehicle.
• Registration.
• Insurance policy.
• Drivers license and Hack License.

To obtain the police report you must go to the precinct 3 days after the accident with a $10 money order, unfilled.

You must bring to CONSUR all mail related to the accident. Accidents with a pedestrian or bicyclist must be reported IMMEDIATELY.
